“A NEW COMMANDMENT I GIVE TO YOU, THAT YOU LOVE ONE ANOTHER, EVEN AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, THAT YOU ALSO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. BY THIS ALL MEN WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE MY DISCIPLES, IF YOU HAVE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER.” JOHN 13:34-35
It is our goal that through the mission activities of Birchman Baptist Church many will come to know Christ and that those who serve in missions will grow closer to Him. In the verses above, Jesus gives a command for us to love others by following His example. The result of our loving one another will be that all will know we are His disciples.

Local Missions
Including evangelism outreach at Texas Motor Speedway, a weekly food ministry called Corners of the Field, Thanksgiving basket outreach, Christmas for our Neighbors, witnessing opportunities, and a variety of other services provided to our community.
US Missions
Mission trips in the US that have included disaster relief after Hurricane Katrina, the tornados of 2011, and the explosion in West, Texas, and family mission trips to Wisconsin, Alabama, and San Angelo, Texas.
Global Partnerships
Mission trips to Peru, Haiti, Brazil, Chile, Philippines, Thailand, and South Africa.
Peru
Birchman has launched an exciting long-term partnership with local pastors and churches across Peru! As a church, Birchman has a strong history of taking the good news of the gospel to the world by commissioning missionaries to five different continents and sending long and short term missions teams all over the world.This partnership will take each one of us. Some will go, some will support, and we will all pray that the Lord would bless this exciting partnership by changing the hearts and lives of Peruvians with the gospel.
